Sage product is A+ but...
The time to respond to mails could be better. I bought a HD300 4 days ago and I haven't received any confirmation or communication, and when ask for support, it take more than 3 days to respond. I love the SageTV, but the response times aren't in tune with the product they sell.

See this FAQ - when you make a purchase, emails are sent automatically. You don't need a license for an HD300, but the order response is similar.
Support says they may take up to 72 hours to reply - if you don't hear back frmo them, that usually means either they didn't get your email, or you didn't get their reply. In short, check your spam filters/folders. - Andy
