WMC + Ceton CableCard + HD sources + multiple extenders + USB-UIRT & Girder + some web application = coolness. For me personally, I would definitely never need such a setup, especially in my home. But I can see opportunities, more in the business / entertainment arena, for such a setup. I would make a bet that he spent as much money on just what is in his living room than most people spend on their whole-house SageTV setup.
