Not much we can tell you without some information about what sort of equipment you have and how you have it hooked up. I.e. what's your TV source (broadcast, cable, satellite), what capture device are you using to get it into your computer, are you watching it on a computer monitor or a TV screen, using what sort of video output connection, and so on.
