Mark "Undeletable"?

I'm sure there is some way to do this, but all the word combinations in the search box that I can think of lead me elsewhere.

I have a bunch of home movies in one of my import folders. I would like to make just those videos undeletable. Is there a way to do this?

Well, on your server, you could go into the files and mark them "read only". I'm not sure there's a way to do that from within the Sage interface.

What I would suggest is that you create a directory just for your home movies. Share it on the network but only give the share "Read" permission. Then use that network share as an import in SageTV. Just make sure the directory isn't assessable as part of another import directory.

While Navigating under the Movies\Videos folders:
Control-O
select Menu Options
select Advanced options
unselect Allow Video Deletion

This should remove the option to delete videos from the navigation menus.
