Default Fanart when nothing found?

I have recently started seeing the following two images when BMT (at least I think it is BMT) cannot find valid Fanart:

(note that this is only part of the photo, I can't get the whole thing to show up as it is three bars and a red arrow)

Are these coming from BMT? Any way to stop them from showing up? Or can I create my own default images for backgrounds, etc.

BMT will download fanart if it's there... but it doesn't create or manufacture images. Do these files show up in the fanart directories? If so, the bmt did download them, but again... if bmt downloaded them, it's because the urls were given to bmt from tvdb, themoviedb, etc.

I get the same thing. I think they are the picture IMDB shows when there is no cover and the arrow picture for the navigation on the web site. The other thing I frequently get is the ratings symbol "R" etc, etc. These are very low res ~1K. The only way I can think to prevent this is by blocking d/l of files less than 10K to be sure you're actually getting usable art.
