Where can I find my extender license code?
My Sage computer died and I am trying to get things installed on a new machine. I cannot find the email with my registration license key for my media extender. I pulled the hard drive and can access the files on it. Can someone tell me where it is stored?

You can't get the license that way unless you find a copy of the email on the hard drive. See this FAQ & contact SageTV:

I lost my license key, how can I get a copy of it again?

Thanks for the reply. I emailed them a few hours ago but no response. Someone should be there even over the holidays right?

Better ask Santa for an external drive and some backup software.

That would be for a place to backup and save your original emails. Or another option would have been to shoot it to a printer and file it away.
