Make HD200 ignore Hauppauge IR codes?

I currently have an HD200 working in my family room, controlled by a Harmony universal remote. This weekend, I took an old MediaMVP I had laying around and got it working with mvpmc as a dedicate Squeezeserver client, and it works great.

Unfortunately, I now have two devices in the same cabinet that accept "Hauppauge 45-button" commands: the HD200 and the MediaMVP. So naturally I am getting conflicts where both devices are interpreting events sent by the Harmony.

I understand that I can use the Commands setup in Sage to mess with the remote configuration, but it seems to me that it wouldn't fix some low-level stuff, e.g. the PowerToggle commands.

Is there any way to convince the HD200 to ignore Hauppauge remote commands? Or can anyone think of any other clever solutions to this problem?

I happened to find an old 34-key Hauppauge remote in the basement, and found that my H2 MediaMVP would "listen to it" as well. And, the HD200 ignored those commands.

So I programmed my Harmony to use event codes from the 34-key remote to control the MediaMVP, and the "standard" Harmony HD200 profile to control the HD200. Presto! No more conflicts.
