Intermittent FLV file import.

I'm currently using SageTV 6.6. I sometimes capture stream feeds from the internet. Same source same file extension. Sometimes SageTV recognizes the file and imports into my Video folders and sometimes it does not. Recapturing the stream doesn't seem to make a difference. When downloaded they have a FLV file extension. The file plays fine in VLC. However it never shows up in my video folder. Looking at the sagetv_0.txt file After completing a rescan of import folders I found this portion of the file that seems to relate to the file I tried to locate:

Everything hear looks like it should have worked however it doesn't show up. Has anyone else seen anything like this? Or does anyone know what might be happening? I'm open to suggestions or even being told I need to post somewhere else.

Never Mind. I believe I've resolved the issue myself. By running the FLV MetaData Injector utility on the non-discovered FLV file it seems to repair something that wasn't correct within the file and SageTV was then able to discover the file. The Utility can be found here:
