SageTV 7 upgrade - Sage web site login problems
I'm trying to purchase the upgrade at the Sage site.
I have accounts there, linked to email addresses. For some reason, I can't login, and when I hit "forward password" (assuming I've either forgotten them or written them down wrong), nothing happens. Of course, if I try to make up a "new" account using the same email addresses, I am denied. Anyone else having problems with the Sage site's login procedure? Any suggestions for someone who is - lol. I've emailed the head office and heard nothing back - and didn't see any entries here about it. thanks
