Sage Web Site - What's the point?

OK ... Has anyone ever asked this question?

Since the first day I ever surfed the Sage web site, smack dab on the home page is the "Stay connected with our e-mail newsletter". Immediately I signed up. That's been 3 months ago now, I've since purchased SageTV and the SageTV Client and love it ... BUT not a single email newsletter was sent my way. Not even concerning the long awaited and anticipated v.2.0 User Guide or anything about Studio or future releases ... Nothing! Now, I personally spend a good amount of time on this forum, but it seems to me that Sage should either keep the commitment to send the newsletters offered or strip it off the site since it is just a tease and the space could be used for something with meaning. Another point is that the newsletter would probably be very valuable to those not able to keep up with forum updates.

I sent Sage Support an email query but was ignored ...

EDIT: Got a response from Sage Support ... told me to signup again ... so, we'll see!


Anyone have an answer?
