Two tuner line-ups with same channels

Hi,
I have upgraded to DVB-S2 HD (canaldigitaal) coming from analog (UPC). At this moment I am using two FloppyDTV's and one PVR500 from Hauppauge for analog. If I can find another FLoppyDTV I will install a third one, but want to keep using the PVR500 just in case I am running out of FloppyDTV's for parallel recordings.

The satellite broadcast does have much more channels for sure, that's why I want to work with two tuner line-ups. I created one for analog en one for satellite with a XML importer. The first 20 channels are exactly the same (including the channel ID) on both line-ups.

As I understood from the forum SageTV will recognize if channels are the same based on the channel ID. Unfortunately this doesn't work with me. The first 20 channels are doubled in the EPG, one for analog and one for satellite.

Is there any way I can change this? I would like to see one channel in the EPG and with changing the merit of the tuners making sure the FloppyDTV's are used first.

Are you sure the station IDs are the same? Look at those channels in Channel Setup for each lineup; when you highlight a channel, the ID will be part of the info to the right.

I have been digging into this issue this weekend. I thought the channel ID's where the same, but they actualy wheren't because of an error in one of the scripts I am using.

It's working perfectly at this moment. Sorry for this confusion.
