MKV Problems

Greetings,

I have been recently converting my DVD rips from actual DVD rips i.e Audio and Video TS files to one large MKV file using the MakeMKV program.

I have ripped directly from DVD to MKV and also converted existing DVD rips to MKV files, and it comes up with the same result.

About 45-60 minutes into the video the HD100 stops playing the video, I need to go back to the beginning screen then back to the folder for the video and play it again, sometimes it will resume, sometimes not.

Also it will not allow me to chapter skip the MKV, my Windows 7 media center works fine, as does the VLC media player and Boxee.

I am at a loss as to why this would be happening and would appreciate any insight into this issue
