Does the HD300 do a good job playing 24p files on a Standard Definition TV?

DVD's are generally 24p. When the video is played by a DVD player on a source that is 60i, 3:2 pulldown is used and the video looks good.

I have a lot of files that are 24p. You can get a lot of video on demand files today. The video is usually H.264 or VP6. When I play them on my MediaMVP, the video is choppy. 30p files play fine. What's happening is that 3:2 is not being used. As far as I know, there is no way to get Sage to do 3:2 pulldown on a MediaMVP.

What do 24p files look like played on an standard definition TV using the HD300? Does the HD300 do 3:2 pulldown? This is the main reason I will be getting the HD300. I bought a Netgear EVA2000, and it has the same problem as the MediaMVP with 24p, despite that it can natively decode H.264 and VP6.
