No EPG

I am running 6.6.2.218 and changed TV providers. I changed out the tuner boxes but when I was looking for the new provider in the epg list nothing shows up. Where did they go? I had been getting channel updates as of a few weeks ago on the old listings.

I am able to get the old listings to update again. but I am still unable to add a new source with a new providers channel listings. I cannot add or see any providers listings.
When I add a new source, I can select the input, see the input on the preview. select to add tv listings, select local provider cable /satellite. enter my zip code and I get this error "There was an error connecting to the sage tv server. please be sure your internet connection is established and you have entered the correct zip/postal code"

What I have tried, setting the port forwarding, setting the server as DMZ on the router.
uninstalling sage, updating Java, reinstalling sage (rebooting between)

I have recently changed TV providers from comcast to Verizon Fios. I currently manually changed some of existing comcast listings to the fios channel numbers since I am unable to pull up anything from a new provider, even comcast.

Have you tried adding an EPG plugin such as one for XMLTV?

Check the epg/epg_import_plugin property in your sage.properties file & try removing it.
