Networked Capture device for SD?
I recently purchased an HD Homerun for recording clear QAM channels. Unfortunately, my cable provider only has a few QAM channels in the clear (local stations). I've got three regular SD cable channel tuners (pvr 150s) that I'd like to replace in an effort to consolidate my 24/7 pcs down to one instead of two. My other pc does not have any pci slots in it.
Does anyone know if a networked capture device exists that can tune regular cable channels (RF2-99)? |

Not aware of any Network SD encoders, but what about USB? Such as the Hauppauge HVR1950?

My Hava does this - they no longer make this model but perhaps you can get it on ebay? I think it was the original platinum model?
did some searching mine looks like the hava HD wireless - but without the wireless option ... the wireless still has the tuner. There are two wireless models on hava (now monsoon) website. hope that helps.

Do you have PCIe slots available, or no slots at all?
Hauppauge's HVR-xxxx cards work similarly to your old PVR-150, but are available in PCIe versions and can also record QAM and ATSC.
