sage volume control
I appoligize if this is already in a post or the manual somewhere, but I have searched around both and have not been able to find an answer. Is there any way to turn off the ability to control the sage volume setting using the right and left arrows on the remote for the extenders. I choose to use the TV volume instead of the sage volume control since I have multiple devices hooked up to the TV, and my kids are always pushing buttons on the remote that cause the volume to be a portion of the full level. Then when I change the TV input to another device, I unfortunately get the volume of a stadium PA system.

Normally, the right & left arrows are just that: right & left commands.
There was a Hauppauge remote that needed to share the arrows with volume control. So, try reassigning the right & left arrows to just the right & left commands, instead of the right/vol+ & left/vol- combo commands. - Andy
