In general, if it's a downloadable "podcast"-type item, you can get it in the "Online Services". If not, you might be able to get it through plugins: if it's available through PlayOn, you most likely can get it in Sage with the PlayOn plugin, and if not, it's also possible that it may be able to be added with the Web Feed Encoder plugin.
