Pictures flicker during slideshow

Can't find an existing thread on this, though I'd imagine there's gotta be one if this is a universal problem. I don't generally use the slideshow functionality much, but with the new v7, the slideshow screensaver functionality must have been enabled by default. Whenever it starts a slideshow, during the initial panning of each new shot, the entire screen flickers like crazy. As soon as the picture stops moving it's fine for a few seconds, then the flickering starts again when it moves on to the next photo.

I've tested it on two hd200s, an hd100, and a Vista server, and I'm seeing the same thing on every one.

Anyone else seeing this? Any ideas?

So does this mean that no one else is experiencing this problem? If so, I'll file a bug report, just didn't want to add to Sage support's workload if this was a known issue on the forums...

We've had one other report of this; but they just decided to not use the picture slideshow screensaver instead of trying to resolve the problem. But we'd be more than happy to figure out what's causing this although we currently are not able to reproduce it. Please submit a bug report on it:

The cause of this was determined to be setting the property ui/enable_hardware_scaling_cache=true (it is false by default). We're still looking into it and will resolve it; but that's the easy solution if you're having this issue.
