Sagetv 7 -can it run as a service?
With sage tv 6, it would give me the option to run it as a service at the end of installation. With Sage 7 it doesn't give me that option. Has that option been removed?
EDIT** Removed my install and found during reinstall that you have to check the box at the beginning of install to install as a service. Last edited by rnadeau; 07-24-2010 at 03:24 PM.

I had no problem running it as a service with each new beta install (.9 - .12 now); I get two pop-ups, one with documentation and one with the actual options. I suppose you could always run SageTVServiceControl.exe manually...
