Thanks for all the help.

I ended up removing ALL my installed JARs along with any dependencies and then re-installed bmt and phoenix. This time around I didn't see any failures, the web UI works and the phoenix UI mod works again as well.

I had a lot of JARs installed from when I tried the SageMC plugin. After uninstalling everything I didn't re-install SageMC since I'm not using anymore with 7.0. Due to this I suspect there may have been something in the SageMC install that was causing the failures to occur.

I tried updating last night and it failed too. I did not restart SageTV service because another program had started to record. I figured I would restart the service tonight and see if that made a difference. But after seeing this thread, it sounds like there is more to it.

I'll try to post my logs tonight. I'm running WHS and Sage 7.0.11.

Just an update - restarting the Sage service seemed to clear up my "Failed" notice. The plugin clearly states that the service must be cycled to complete the installation process and it asks you if you want to restart the service. I guess I would ask those that are having problems if you allowed the service to be restarted or did you choose the "Restart Later" option? It seems that the plugin will show up as "Failed" until the service is restarted.

Just a FYI.
