Optimal format and workflow of BD archiving for HD200 viewing

I've been on Sage with HD200 extenders since January, and am finally now getting around to archiving my physical media. I've had intermittent success with various methods, but haven't yet found the right process for my use case.

My requirements:

1. Because 4 of my 5 HD200's are not connected to a DTS equipped AVR, the default audio stream must be able be played by the TV (AC3 or stereo)
2. Must keep the HD audio stream (hoping whatever the next generation HDx00 is will bitstream the HD audio formats)
3. Forced sub-title support (ie alien language on Avatar, Disctrict 9, etc)

So what is the best? I've tried TS, MKV, BDMV structure, etc. I've tried "Clown BD", "AnotherEAC3toGui", "SageAudioConverter", etc. None of those quite hit the above requirements. I don't really care how many folders/files there are, or how large the rip is, but I do care about the time requirement and minimizing the workflow steps.

My experience is leading to me really wishing there simply was a way to rip to BDMV structure then run a process that ensures there is an AC3 track for the first audio stream. But I am completely open to suggestions.

Thanks!
Adam

Well, here's my method for DTS movies:
  1. Use BDInfo (freeware) to determine the playlist for the main movie streams.
  2. Use TsMuxer (freeware) to extrack the movie, DTS track and presentation graphics to m2ts file.
  3. Use eac3to (freeware) to build ac3 track from the DTS track contained in the m2ts file.
  4. Use TsMuxer to add the ac3 track to the original m2ts stream and output to BD folder structure.
You'll be able to select the ac3 audio track during playback on the HS200s.

EDIT: You can choose to make the ac3 track your first (default) audio track if you wish, then select the DTS track when you want.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think you can do it (configure it to build an ac3 track) with Clown_BD if you check the "Network Media Tank Audio Options" box.

Thanks for the replies. I hadn't tried the "Network Media Tank" options on ClownBD previously, so I gave that a whirl yesterday. I'm getting odd results from the "unconverted" audio option where it converts TrueHD/DTS-MA to PCM. Going to try a couple other variations today and will report back.
