Video small - Newbie question

I'm switching from BTV to SageTV because of the new windows 7 support. Just installed the beta with a 21 day trial. All seems to work except Live TV, recorded TV with both sage and BTV appear in a smallish window on my PC. The window changes position if I start and stop the video. Sometimes it appears in the upper left corner and the top is lobbed off. Sometimes almost in the middle of the screen Looked in the manual and searched here but couldn't find anything. Tried to change various settings in Sage, but got no where. avi files appear full screen. Youtube appears full screen as well. Any help appreciated. I have Hauppuage 2250 if that matters.

Thanks!
