Is anyone using a Gyration remote?
I have the Air Music remote.
To be honest I could really care less about the music functionality of it, i just like the fact that it has a back light. I have been seeing that this remote and its little brother (Air remote) have been on sale recently so I was thinking about picking another one up. My question is, if you have one of these remotes, to remote key repeating work for you? That is too say, if you press and hold "channel up", does the channel up/page up command get repeated? Or do you constantly have to keep pressing the button? I ask b/c mine for some reason requires me to keep pressing the button, which is quite annoying, enough that I may try and find some other solution.

Ok but when using a Gyration remote does holding down "volume up" work for anyone. . .it doesn't for me with my Air Music remote. . .

Maybe you are in the same situation, you could try to download LM Remote KeyMap and see what is showing up in the Live Trace Viewer, if you see a Volume Up / WM_KEYUP for the "Volume Up" button then it should repeat, otherwise it will not (in LM RKM there is an option for this remote when the "Volume Up" / WM_KEYUP doesn't show and it will then make those buttons repeat : not the Channel Up / Down though) Regards, Stéphane.
