Question Setting up an unsupported tuner

I just bought a couple of MyGica A680B USB tuners. Installed them and their associated software (TotalMedia 3.5) but the tuners won't show up in sage. Anyway to work around this or am I up a figurative creek?

Try uninstalling the TotalMedia 3.5 and just load the device drivers for the tuner and try only 1 tuner first. Make sure Windows Media Center or any other software that may recognize the tuners is not running. Other than that grab your paddle and email support to see if they have any suggestions.

I actually tried it without the software first since I don't really have any interest in using it. I'll drop support an email. Thanks.

Just plug it in and install the drivers. Close sage tv and reopen it, go to source settings and it will show up as microtune usb digital capture. It says HD tv stick on the unit but it does not actually support HD quality picture which is why they only cost $25.
