|
Banners not automatically disappearing
Not sure if this is a bug or a setting not properly adjusted by me. When I start a movie, the banner is displayed and does not automatically disappear after X seconds but stays up forever until I press the Info key on the remote. Running a HD200 and Sage for WHS. Any ideas?

Sounds like your On Screen Display (OSD) timeout has been disabled. Don't remember the exact steps to get there but it's in setup, detailed setup.

Setup -> Detailed Setup -> Customize -> Inactivity Timeout and OSD Autohide -> Enabled Inactivity Timeout -> Yes

Check your settings at Detailed Setup -> Customize -> "Inactivity Timeout and OSD Autohide".
Edit: Could we try a little harder to get the reply times better synchronized next time? One of us was a minute off. - Andy
