USB Drives not available
I am attempting to gain access to my video drives. They are connect to a NAS storage unit via a USB cable. Sage can see the NAS device, but fails to see the attached USB drives. Any ideas?
Oh - by the by the drive is currently mapped as a drive and is being seen by Windows Explorer. My OS is Win7 Professional. |

Are you running SageTV as a service? If so, services cannot access mapped drives. You must use UNC paths (\\server\\share), and you must configure the service to log in as a user with appropriate access rights to that share (not as LocalSystem, which cannot access network resources).
If that's not your problem, then you'll probably want to provide more detail about what sort of NAS it is, how you have the drives configured, and the precise behavior and/or error messages you're seeing in Sage.
