Record a incomplete favorite with the re-run
I have had this problem a coupld of time before.
Sage crashed when I was watching a favorite so I will miss the a couple of mins while I reboot the system. The shows usually have re-runs but it won't record over the first run show. What I would like to do is have sage record the program and replace the original.

You could delete the original "first-run" that didn't get recorded properly, making sure not to mark it as watched. Set your favorite for that channel (in case it is in syndication on every other channel in existence) to record both first runs & repeats. Watched repeats won't get recorded, but the ones you missed will be recorded.
