SA4250HD Turns Off By Itself

This has happened a few times so far. I'll be watching a program on the HD200 that is going from cable-->SA4250HD-->HD-PVR-->SageServer when the HD200 locks up (actually all of my clients lock up). At the same time I notice that the SA4250 is OFF. I'm assuming that the SA4250 going off-line caused the lock-up. My question is...does anyone else have problems with the SA4250HD suddenly turning off? Any way to prevent this? Note that the off timer was not set on the SA4250.

I'm using the component and optical outputs of the SA4250 over the the HD-PVR. Channel changing is done by firewire.

Only see mine shut off after a software update is pushed to it, usually in wee hours of morning. I also have a config setting, in the SA4250HD, that sets the SA4250HD to power on by power button or number push, that way if the SA4250HD does shut down over night the channel change will turn box back on.

I have an SA4250HDC that I have been using lately to record only 1 channel so I don't have a blaster hooked up to it. It turns itself off as well, I have to remember to wake it up every day or else I record a black screen. I tried going into the settings and specifying a time for it to wake up, and a time for it to tune a channel, but neither worked.

I wonder if it is provider related ... I see the OP is with Cablevision, my provider is TWC, I am supposed to get a new OS (SARA to Navigator) on my box later this month, hope it does not end up with the auto shutoff at that point.
