Two composite inputs on PVR-250?

When I define sources for either of my PVR-250s (16s) in Sage, I get two composite inputs (along with coax and s-video).

Can anyone shed some light on why there are two composite inputs defined on each card?

Andy.

Hopefully SHS can give a better explanation, but I believe there's a header on (some of) the 250 that could go to a front panel and give an extra composit connection. I think SHS has the pin-out of the header, you should be able to do a search an find it (either here or on shspvr.com)

As for two or three composite inputs defined on each card mean the REAL RCA Composite inputs or with Composite A/V header and 3rd option is with Composite/SVideo Adapter inputs.
A/V header pin-out on shspvr.com under FAQ.

Thank you both for the feedback. I found the pinout on your website.

Andy.
