Bug? - Streams still set to 'watching' after client disconnect

2.0.16RC1.

If I have a SageClient problem or stop/start it manually, the restart works fine, but I eventually run out of the ability to 'watch' live tv because it complains that "ERROR (-9): All encoders are in use by clients viewing "Live" TV".

I have a server that doesn't 'watch' live TV, and a single client.

There doesn't seem to be any way to disconnect a client from the server. This would be really useful, especially in the case that streams get 'stuck' as described above.

I know of an easy way to diconnect or reset a stuck stream, restart SageTV.
