That's a great deal for the full retail version. If you don't need the remote or the blasters, you can get the 'white box' version for about the same price without having to deal with a rebate:

NewEgg retail version: $130 - $30 rebate + $7 shipping = $107
Buy.com white-box version: $112 (free shipping)


EDIT:
I just bought the retail version- I figure the remote + 2 IR blasters + WinTV software is worth the effort of sending in a rebate form. Just an FYI, the WinTV software is no longer free. If you download and try to install WinTV, it will require that you insert a previous retail install disc to complete the installation. I needed the WinTV app to troubleshoot my setup a while back, and realized that all of the Hauppauge cards I have are OEM/white box!
