Directv multiple tuners - EPG fixed
seems to have fixed itself, even though system info showed that I updated the epg, it seems to have taken a few hours to populate the guide data.
I can't figure out or find a way to configure my system so both SD and HD versions of a channel show up seperatly in the guide and have epg data. I have 3 - SD directv boxes connected to PVR-150s and one HD-PVR connected to a HD directv box. I want the guide to show both ESPN and ESPNHD, both are physical channel 206. I can copy and create a seperatly configurable lineup, and both channel show on the guide, however ESPNHD show "no data" on the guide. Any ideas? My purpose is so I can force specific shows to record on the HD-PVR and while the other tuners to record favorites. Last edited by Wakecrash; 02-21-2010 at 06:49 PM. |

For your HD-PVR, select the Directv - USA guide and Directv - (cityname) for your SD tuners. Set all your SDs to use the same guide.
After you set up, delete the SD stations from the HD-PVR guide if you only wish the record HD channels. Jeff |
