Display popup when new drive detected...
Does anyone know if this setting can be set centrally to 'no' as a default on the Sage server rather than individually visiting each client/extender?

It depends on whether it has ever been customized on an extender. If not, set it on the server and extenders may inherit it. If an extender doesn't obey the server's setting, configure it too.
