How the heck do I control playback?

Ok, this is an issue that I have had since day one and may just be poor gui design or something. Running the latest SageTV with SagetvMC and when I go to "My TV" play a recorded show, it starts fine but there are no controls other than the play/pause button? Where is the stop button, the ff button? If I click on the screen I see the bar at the bootom for the play button, which can play/pause. I can also drag the pointed to move forward, but how do I stop playback! This is just absurd to not be able to stop the video being playing? If I "right-click" I get a long menu starting with "Program Info" etc and I can click on "Go To MyTV" which shows the current playing video in a small window, and the normal MyTv info. I cant even go back to the currently playing video by clicking on it, or any other way and so I have to shut down the client and restart?

This cant be the way it works?

The stock UI has a full set of on-screen playback controls. The SageMC custom UI is less mouse-friendly, although keyboard shortcuts and remote commands should still work.

Questions about the SageMC UI should be posted in the SageMC area of the forum. Otherwise people are likely to assume you're talking about the stock UI.
