Episode ID Renamer out there?
Is there a program that takes the filename of a recorded TV file, looks up the episode ID and allows me to rename it in a format like "mash s01e04.mpg" format?
I lost my wiz.bin and now have a bunch of recorded tv files that I would like to categorize and file away with my imported tv directory structure.

This is what I use... recursive, works great. The movie side is less robust, doesn't work recursively yet, but it does fine for individual files.

I have installed that one before, but I couldn't figure out how to make it monitor and rename/move automatically? Or, run attended if launched from the scheduler or something similar?

It doesn't run automatically, but once a week or so I just kick it off... takes 30 seconds. Maybe it could be done w/ Windows Scheduler or a batch file.

It's not the episode ID it's a Sage internal unique identifier that's appended to the filename. So if your Wiz.bin is gone, there's no way to figure out what that number meant.

Bah! Well, then I guess it's just a matter of going through the list and figuring out what I want to keep and dump and renaming appropriately.
