HD 200 with BD-ROM
Can you connect an external BD-ROM (either USB or ESATA) to the HD 200 and use it for normal playback for DVD's and BluRay discs?

No but you can playback from the drive in the computer if copy protections doesn't exist.

you need antdvdhd on the sageserver.

Is it possible to use the drive in SageTV Server directly or is it necessary to copy file to import folder ?

Use the drive directly. Just share it and sage should see it.
