How to use either Hauppauge or ATI remote with USB IR receiver - SageTV Community

I have Hauppauge 45 button remote working perfectly fine with HVR-1600 and while moving the IR receiver pin broke.

I recently bought ATI TV Wonder HD 650 Combo PCI Express and it came with a USB IR receiver.

When I connect the USB IR receiver, only the up, down, left, right and few more buttons work on the ATI remote. The Hauppauge 45 button remote is not working.

My question,
1) How to make the Hauppauge 45 button working with the connected USB IR receiver
2)How to map or what to edit in irremote.ini in order to have all the buttons working in the ATI remote.

You don't the two are diff and irremote.ini only works with IR32 not ATI stuff.
The few button that do work are the standard keyboard button command like up, down, left, right and etc for IR which gose way back long before WMC.

Nothing keep in mind that ATI remote it mostly RF technology
suggestions is to remapp all ati button key to sagetv keyboard shortcut in ati software app if allow you to do that.
