PVR 350 Output Resolution?

What is the max resolution of the pvr-350? I know it outputs svhs but is this equivelent to 480i/p? How far can you run the output of the pvr-350 without significant degredation of the signal?

The output of the PVR-350 does NTSC (720x480) and/or PAL (720x576?).
