comskip stopped working on client

Hi all, hope this is the right place to post this question, forgive my ignorance as I'm a noob.

I installed the SageMC 16.x9 STVi on one of the clients, and ran into problems with it. I restored the
\programs\sagetv folder from my WHS, and fired up the sage client. All of a sudden, none of the shows that had comskip working before the restore have it now. I had a heck of a time getting it working in the first place, followed the info I found on here and changed to unc paths, etc... Is there anyway to get this back? Also, is there a way to access the shows that had comskip to begin with before I got the client working. What I mean is it works fine on the system that is running the main Sage TV media center, the client on my main TV only has comskip on files recorded after I got it working on that, and this 2nd client has nothing now. The .edl's are there and recognized in that, just not on the other 2 clients. Would like to use comskip on all of them. Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer.

Bob

Ok, nevermind, classic noob mistake. After re-reading the different threads multiple times, I decided to look for the unc path in the browser, and sure enough it required a password. I didnt have a user for this test system setup on it <the sagebox is a new load and this one got lost in the wash>, so it wasnt allowing the client to access the .edl files directly so that comskip could do it's thing. All recordings done after installing the client are skipping fine, previous ones arent. Looking at the recording info it's trying to pull the data from the old recording directory <when I first set it up it was set to record locally instead of to UNC path>, so that looks like it's just a case of moving the originally recorded files to the \\server\sagetv directory. Looks like there are some good faq's on here so it shouldnt be too complicated. Just figured I'd update with a solution in case someone else runs into this problem and it triggers a lightbulb.
