Windows 7 nvidia driver not remembering settings

I just upgraded my SageTV box from XP to 7.

Everything is workng OK, except that the screen shrunk by about 10-15% when installed the nvidia driver for my 8400GS graphics card (I am using the s-video output of the card). It was full size during the windows install, but once windows 7 detected the card and installed the driver, the screen shrunk.

I downloaded the latest nvidia driver and installed it and I got the same results.

I can go into the nvidia control panel and increase the screen size to fix the problem, but the next time my computer reboots it goes back to the smaller size. It is almost like the driver is not remembering the settings.

Any suggestions?
