Nvidia Driver Question

Hi-

I have a PCIe 6600GT card and have some issues when playing back HD content (1080i in particular). I use the latest Purevideo decoder and have tried a variety of the drivers over time. I am currently using the old 84.25 driver, because I get smooth playback. However, I think that the picture quality is better on all content when I use the new 93.71 driver- however I get stuttering on 1080i content. I assume that it has something to do with how the deinterlacing is handled.

Has anyone had success with the newer drivers and the 6600GT in 1080i? Any thought about how to get it smooth or what else to try?

Thanks, Mike

I don't know, but my NVidia driver is about 18 months old because I haven't heard anything glowing about any of the later drivers.
