output garbled when program changes

Hello,

I am using sageTV on Win7 and have a problem that I cannot find listed anywhere else:

When a program (analog tuner, HVR-1600...the digital tuner doesn't have a problem) ends, the picture of the next program is garbled. The audio is fine. Stopping the playback and restarting it reverts the picture to normal. Everything else is working perfectly so I'm not inclined to start installing "patches" willy-nilly unless it is confirmed that this will fix the problem without creating new ones.

help?! :-D

Thank you.

Same problem here, same os (x64),

There was a change I had to make to this once before (though this time the issue is slightly different in that I can view recorded media - it just displays garbled live).

I'll track down that thread and post it here if it fixes it.

I recently reloaded windows, and re-installed sage and cannot find the file in question. I guess I'll need to email tech support again.

Maybe it will help you however.

*Update* I rebooted, started the service for the first time, and then stopped the service and the file was where i thought it ought to be.

No idea if things are fixed now are not. But it still garbles when i change channels. *disapointed*
