Question Exclude Client from using a tuner?

Is there anyway to prevent a client from using a certain tuner?
I have a slow laptop that cant handle ATSC dtv. I have 4 analog cable tuners and 2 ATSC tuners. The 2 ATSC tuners are merited higher so they get used for locals before the cable tuners. The said laptop plays back the SD cable fine but struggles with the OTA HD. Is there anyway on this one client to prevent it from using the ATSC tuners?

Not as such. Best option is probably to keep the analog channels separate in your guide so you can choose those directly from your laptop.

Is there anyway to offload some of the work to the server? My server has plenty of extra power, so if i could get it to some or all of the work the laptop might be able to do the rest. Is there any tweaks I can do in the properties file to inhance atsc playback? Thanks for the response.
