Exclude channels when recording a fav

I've looked through the manual but I'm not finding an answer for this: One of my favs is Two and a Half Men. Currently, it is playing reruns on CBS (hopfully the strike will end soon) and reruns on local channels 3 and 61. I don't subscribe to HD channels however, Sage is recording <blank> on HD channels 80, 380, and some others for Two and a Half Men because it is showing up on the guide for Directv. When I go into manage favs under Channel, the option is either to select one channel or 'any'. Obviously, I want more than one channel (CBS, 3, & 61) but I don't want them all because I don't subscribe to them and they're blank. Can I exclude certain channels (e.g HD) that are showing up on my guide and being recorded as a favorite? If possible, this would be simpler than customizing my guide for only the channels I'm receiving, wouldn't it?

There is no way to limit the favorite to multiple channels, only a single channel. YOu could set up multiple favorites, one for each channel.

But the best solution is to fix your lineup to only have enabled the channels that you do get. If you don't subscribe to the HD channels, disable them in the lineup.
