Audio missing after cutting commercials

I have recently started cutting out commercials of select programs. First, I have comskip go in create a VPRJ file to get the basic commercial locations. Then I fine tune it with VideoRedo. With some recordings after replacing the original do not play audio in the HD200. The audio plays fine in VLC, placeshifter and the SD extender. Has anyone else come across this?

I have tried latest beta firmware and STV. I have tried PCM audio setting on the HD200. I am using HDMI for my audio.

The sound is there on the HD200 before I remove the commercials.

So what type audio track are you ending up with from Video Redo? Analyze the file so we know what type of audio track it is.

The HD200 should have no problem with that. Are you connected via SPDIF to a surround sound receiver? Make sure the hd200 isn't muted or turned down by mistake.

No. I am getting audio through HDMI. Or at least I was until I cut the commercials.

Are you replacing the original file? If so you should try copying it as an imported video file so the format is redetected.

Just tried that and it won't even show up as an imported video. Now I can't even play it in placeshifter or on the SD extender because it won't import. I scanned the library first.

Did you rename the file (something without the numbers) and put it in your imported path?

No. I will try that but why would I want to do that. If I rename the file, it will not appear in my Sage Recordings. I don't want to have to go to media files to watch my TV programs.
