USBUIRT Won't Enter Channels Correctly
Installation proceeds without a hitch. However when I test the numerical input, there is a doubling. For instance an input of 1 is entered as 11 on my Verizon/Motorola DVR, 2 becomes 22 etc. Recording using the the SAGETV program guide produces a monumental mess caused by this doubling factor. I played around with every value in the options menu without any success. Reprogramming the UIRT only produces the same results. Installation of the latest drivers did not change matters.
I have the latest software - SageTV Media Center ver. 6.6.2.218. OS is Vista Home Premium Any thoughts? |

Did you try adjusting the 'repeatcount' parameter? Did you try using LrnHelper to get the code for each digit? Then paste each digit line into the IR file.

Downloaded lrnhelper. Fortunately did not need it. Edited MotorolVerizon ir file changing the repeat factor from 10 (crazy!) to 0. This worked like a charm. You ponted me in the right direction. Without your help I would have remained at a loss. Thanks. Best Wishes, Manny |
