SagetTV HD200 remote change
I just got fios and I am trying to figure out if theres a way I can use the fios remote with the hd200. The remote has media pc code, which i think is mce codes but I am not sure if the hd200 can understand mce codes. Any help would be appreciated.

Try it and find out. AFAIK the HD200 should be able to learn codes from most remotes.

Whaaa, I thought are only options were stick with the default remote or JP1.

Im gonna have to try my tivo remote when I get home...

Holy remote batman!!! my ReplayTV remote works great with this thing!!! Im so excited, I have my audio and power punch thru now.

Anyone, What other fairly basic remotes with volume and power punch thru work? I need 2 more remotes, but don't want to pay $25 a remote that are being asked for the replay remotes.

The URC MX880 has punchthrough for whatever you want.

But I would have to go thru the whole deal of JP1ing this thing to get it to work. I was hoping there was something else that had punch thru for volume and power that just worked liked the replay. I tried the tivo remote and it was a no go, the HD200 just didn't see it.

No "JP1ing" with the MX880. Just making it do whatever you want
