No Picture after HD Theater "wakes up"
I recently purchased the HD Theater. After being idle for a couple hours or so, I guess it goes into sleep mode. When I try to wake it, I get no OSD. I have tried hitting the Power button, the "Video Out" button on the remote but nothing other than rebooting will give me an OSD. I have it connected to my TV using only HDMI. Furthermore, the only way to reboot (that I know of) is to power cycle the unit. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds similar to problems I've had with every firmware version after 20090505. So, I run 20090505 and it works much better (still frequent glitches, but counted in glitches/week, not glitches/hour).

You'd think updated firmware would solve problems, not create new ones. Anyone else have a solution to this issue?

You'd think when they have multiple users reporting similar problems from newer firmware that they would at least acknowledge the problem, NOT annoint the new problematic firmware as the 'stable' release...

The problem is back after being solved for a couple of days. Again, when Sage goes to sleep, the only way to get my OSD back is to reboot or power cycle. The only way I know of to power cycle is to unplug/plug in. Any help is appreciated.

No dislpay with HD200 using HDMI - PROBLEM SOLVED!
I have a similar problem. I've been using the HD200 for several months using component output with no problems whatsoever. Then I purchased an new LCD HDTV this week and wanted to make use of the HDMI output.
When I first power on the extender I can view the initial OSD and run thru all the setup menus. I've verified that Video/Audio Output are set to HDMI. I've Enabled the Force HDMI option, and everything else looks correct. But when I select to connect to my server (SageTV on WHS), the screen goes black and my HDTV shows a No Signal message. I've cycled through using the Video Out button on the remote. I've even done a Config Reset (holding down Delete on power up). Nothing has been successful. Anyone else experience this or have any ideas to try? ============ PROBLEM SOLVED! ==================== Thanks to George over at SageTV Support, here's the solution that at least fixed the problem I was experiencing. Maybe it will help others: Step 1: Make sure you update the HD200 firmware to the latest version (currently at 090309). Step 2: Close down Sage and then go to your SageTV folder on the server and delete everything inside of the \Clients folder. Hope that helps!
