Setup Wizard Hangs

I'm using a Winfast TV2000 XP. Every time I run the setup wizard and I get to the audio setup part. I select the only one that shows which is "Realtek HD Audio Input". The small progress circle just keeps spinning and spinning. And nothing happens.

I'm using Windows XP SP2.
