1 Large HD to Replace 3 Small Ones - Can I Logically Partiiton It And Move Recordings

I had old 160, 300, and 400GB hard drive that I tossed into my SageTV server to expand capacity. I'd like to save the energy now. My question is this: Can I format a 1TB (about 930GB under WinXP) drive with 3 logical partitions with the same drive letters (on a different CPU, of course), move each show from the hard drive/primary partition it is on on my Sage server, put the 1 drive with 3 logical partitions in, reboot, and have SageTV correctly see the logical partitions as though they were primary partitions/original hard drives that were in the SageTV server, and list the shows accordingly?

If the drive letters are the same, then Sage shouldn't notice the difference.

That said, in your shoes I wouldn't bother partitioning; I'd just dump all the recordings into one big folder and let Sage find them there. See the FAQ for details.
